morning was started off with a fun filled morning at hyde park, in which singsoc organised a picnic for all the freshers and seniors, sports was played.. other than the fact that track shoes should only be worn on track, slippery grass and a little bit of mud.. everything was perfectly enjoyable. I played floorball and ultimate frisbee the whole morning, glad to be sweating some water out of my body, i think i need to get my blood flowing, the low temperatures here in london made me stagnant and slack..

one comment about hyde park.. it is simply beautiful, with the sun shining above the sky, temperatures are a comfortable 15 deg i estimate, the skating and cycling scene is simply breath taking. swans and pigeons are free to roam around the park and rowing can be done on serpantine lake.. will love to visit it with love ones someday. it will mean so much.. the first thing i pictured when i reach and saw is to skate down hyde park with miran. hahaa yup.. i'll bring my skates soon.

left hyde park around 1pm.. went down to leicester square to meet william and fengyi to check out chinatown.. well i dunno if it can be called chinatown coz i see loads of jap and korean stuff down there, anyway to the ang mohs, all asians are alike.. i got people telling me arigato when they can simply say hello! idiots them... yeah chinatown is pretty nice to walk around, with a large variety of foodstuff to purchase albeit at astronomical prices.. one bottle of preserved caixin that cost maybe 50 cents in sg cost 1 pound plus here.. power.. we basically covered the whole of chinatown in half an hr, i guess it sld be called chinahouse or something.. but it is nice to see asians as the majority on the street and not ang mohs..

oh well, around 3 we were pretty much bored i guess, so william called 2 of his international hall mates down, wenying and stephanie to bring us around, wenying have been here for 2 yrs odd so she's the lao jiao of the place.. we went to trafalgar's square and had tonnes of fun there. this square is really breathtaking.. not as big as tiananmen but still decorated with its fair share of statues and nice scenery.. took quite a bit of photos and also had pigeons ate from my head and hands... good experience!

next stop is picadilly circus where i bought a pair of boots from lilywhites, i need it for ultimate frisbee so might as well invest.. and the morning experience with the grass in hyde park thought me to invest in something that i can run in on grass.. oh well.. it is 15 pounds.. why not? dinner was a meal of curry chicken, lamb curry and sambal squid with no sambal.. well at least it was spicy and enjoyable.. .. yup..

tiring day.... last thought of the day.. stop being so stubborn and open up.. i miss home
