ready made prepacked tang yuans

that is after some beer







After a lot of beers and loads of tang yuan

well the night started off pretty well i thInk, from the night before when i spent 2 hrs trying to knead dough and rolling it into recognisable tang yuans till the following day. Everything went pretty smoothly, the soup turned out better than expected!! The sugar i got for the soup has red dates inside i think which gave it a very nice aroma. After the bowls of tang yuan, everyone adjourned to my room and played some drinking games and everything ended around 12am, i guess that is the closest feeling i can get for chinese new year then anything else. oh well, gong xi fa cai
